The charge air cooler is a component that is part of the induction system designed to improve engine performance and efficiency. It also helps to improve fuel milage and reduce emissions.

The most common type of failure with charge air coolers is leaking. If your charge air cooler is leaking, it may have one or more of these symptoms:
